Leiper’s Attic showcases Scotland’s larder, specialising in Wild Fish, Game and Dry Aged Beef, honed for seasonality. It is named after William Leiper, who in conjunction with Daniel Cottier created the spectacular church building in 1865 that is today known as Cottiers.
William Leiper was one of Glasgow’s most distinctive architects. As well as churches, hunting lodges and baronial mansions, Leiper designed the facade of Templeton’s Carpet Factory on Glasgow Green.
